I review the footage, narrate what's happening and explain the details worth changing.
Take the feedback to the mats. Train with purpose. Send more footage when you're ready.
I want you to understand why something happened. Where you lost control, what your opponent's reaction opened up and which small detail made everything harder than it needed to be.
The goal isn't twenty things to fix. It's a few useful things to work on next time you're on the mats.

Yes. Both are welcome, from complete beginners through to experienced competitors.
That's part of the point. Send your footage and explain where you feel stuck. I'll look for recurring issues and give you a clearer direction.
Keep both people in frame with a steady angle where possible. Tell me which person you are, and always get permission from everyone appearing in the footage before recording and sharing.
My normal target is five working days after receiving everything needed. I'll let you know if there's a delay.
No. One-off reviews and questions are available whenever you need them.

Not without your permission. Footage is used to provide your review. We'll confirm a suitable method for sharing and how long it will be retained.
