Hi there, my name is Daniel Lewis. I am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have been training in martial arts for over 10 years.
I first got into martial arts at age 26 for fitness and because it looked fun compared to a typical gym fitness routine, both physically and mentally.
After a few years of training, I competed in MMA and had a number of fights. To increase my knowledge and skill set in ground fighting, I took up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Kev Capel at RGA Bucks. From that day on I was addicted to this tough but fun martial art.
My goal with Daniel Lewis Jiu Jitsu is to help others start their martial arts journey through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or to support people who are already on this journey and looking to further their own progress.
